Proof of Delivery
To view a scanned proof of delivery document for a shipment, follow these steps:
- Log on to E-Metals
- Click on order status
- If you know your order number, use the order status inquiry search function. Choose the order method used to place your order * Type in your order number * Click the search button
- On the order status results screen, choose the required order line and click order status details button.
- On the order line information screen, click the view proof of delivery button.
If there is no Proof of Delivery document available, your document has not yet been scanned. Please try again later.
Note: If you don't know your order number, use the advanced search function by following one of these methods:
- Choose Customer PO; type in PO number in the space, put in the date range of order placement, select appropriate order status, click the search icon.
- Choose Customer item #, type in your item number in the space, put in the date range of order placement, select appropriate order status, click the search icon.
- Choose EMJ item #, type in our item number in the space, put in the date range of order placement, select appropriate order status, click the search icon.
- Choose All items, put in the date range of order placement, select appropriate order status, click the search icon.
Test Reports
To view an EMJ or MILL Test Report, follow these steps:
- Log on to E-Metals
- Click on order status
- If you know your order number, use the order status inquiry search function. * Choose the order method used to place your order * Type in your order number * Click the search button
- On the order status results screen, choose the required order line and click order status details button.
- On the order line information screen, click either the View EMJ Test Report or View Mill Test Report button.
If no Test Report is available, a screen will appear with all of the information you need to contact your local branch representative to request one.
